Welcome to Consign and Design. Originally started by Brook Smith—a Native American New Mexican, proud mom, and devoted designer. Her journey is rooted in a childhood surrounded by women who cherished thrifting, designing, and fashion. Owning this shop in Ruidoso was a dream fulfilled, one she envisioned back in her early teenage years as she watched her grandma and aunt own their own stores.

 

In 2024 The store was scheduled to be closed down for good after the  South Fork fire, the Salt fire, and the floods that followed swept through our picturesque mountain Town .    That's when the current owner Teeatta Lippert a 3rd Generation Local with an eye for for fashion and design decided that She could not stand to see another store close down especially not her favorite one.    So She took a leap of faith and purchased the store, and immediately  moved it into a larger space.    She took over in Oct of  2024 and Like a Phoenix from the ashes Consign And Design was reborn.
